About Enzo Celebration

These Terms govern your use of Enzo Celebration at aienzofernandezcelebration.com. By creating an account, buying credits, or generating a video, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Enzo Celebration is an independent, fan-made AI video service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Enzo Fernández, any football player, club, league, or broadcaster. The service creates fictional stadium scenes; it does not provide real match footage or an appearance by a real footballer.

The service

Upload one photo of yourself, your pet, or a person who has agreed to this use. The photo guides an AI-generated celebration clip with a preset stadium scene, motion, and sound. The current output is an 8-second, 9:16, 720p video with generated audio, downloadable as an MP4 from your account.

Browsing examples and selecting a photo are free. Generating a video requires a signed-in account, a verified email address, confirmation that you may use the photo, and an available credit. Supported uploads are JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB, with each side between 300 and 6000 pixels, subject to the upload checks shown on the site.

Videos are generated with ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini, accessed through kie.ai (model identifier: bytedance/seedance-2-mini). Rendering runs asynchronously. Completion times vary with provider availability and demand. AI may alter appearance, clothing, movement, or sound, and may produce artifacts. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness, a specific creative result, or a fixed completion time. Review each result before sharing it. Naming the model does not imply endorsement by its provider.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You may sign in using email and password or Google where available. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; if local law requires a parent or guardian's authorization, obtain it before using the service.

Credits, prices, and payments

• Each generation uses one credit. Current packs contain 1, 2, or 5 credits, listed at US$6.90, US$9.90, and US$19.90 respectively. The amount, currency, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout govern your purchase.
• Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire and are associated with your account. They are service credits, not money or a cash balance.
• Checkout is currently handled by Waffo Pancake. By completing checkout, you authorize the one-time payment shown there. Payment processing is also subject to the provider's terms. We add credits after payment is confirmed; a return from checkout alone is not payment confirmation.
• Price changes apply to future purchases and do not reduce credits already purchased.

Failed generations and refund requests

If a generation fails to start after a credit has been deducted, or is marked failed, that credit is returned automatically to your account. This is a credit return, not an automatic refund to your payment method. A completed render is not marked failed solely because its creative result differs from what you expected.

For missing credits, duplicate charges, a defective result, or a request to refund a purchase, email support@aienzofernandezcelebration.com with your account email and relevant order or job identifier. Do not send passwords or full payment card details. We will review the issue and any refund rights that apply. Refunded or reversed purchases have their associated credits removed. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation, refund, or remedy rights for digital services.

Photo permissions and acceptable use

You must own the photo or have permission from its rights holder, and have permission from every identifiable person shown to use their likeness for AI video generation and your intended sharing. For a child, obtain authorization from the parent or legal guardian where required. Confirming the upload permission does not replace these permissions. Do not upload footballers, celebrities, or other people without their authorization.

Content standards and prohibited categories

These restrictions apply to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated video and audio, and content shared through the service. The following six categories are prohibited:

1. Sexual / NSFW content: pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, or sexual exploitation.
2. Violent or graphic content: gore, graphic injury, torture, cruelty, or material encouraging violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
3. Hate speech: content attacking protected groups or encouraging discrimination, dehumanization, or hatred.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexualization, sexual abuse, or exploitation of minors, including synthetic material.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation: identity substitution, face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, or deceptive depictions of a real person's statements or actions, including unauthorized use of likeness or voice. Consent does not permit face swaps, nudification, or fabricated intimate scenes.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected photos, footage, characters, logos, or brands.

Harassment, defamation, fraud, bypassing credit charges or safety restrictions, accessing another person's content, and distributing malware are also prohibited.

When sharing, make clear that the clip is AI-generated wherever context or the receiving platform requires it. You are responsible for your uploads and for how you publish or otherwise use the result.

Content moderation, reporting, and enforcement

The current upload checks validate image format, size, dimensions, account access, credits, and photo-permission confirmation. Generation uses a fixed celebration prompt. These controls do not assess every input or output for prohibited content, and we do not claim that each clip has received an automated safety scan or human approval.

Report suspected violations to support@aienzofernandezcelebration.com, including a job identifier or content link, the reason, and your contact details. Do not attach suspected CSAM. Support reviews reports and relevant content or job records, may request clarification, and prioritizes suspected child exploitation and imminent harm.

Depending on the findings, we may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity where required. To appeal, reply with the job identifier and supporting information. Billing remedies remain subject to the refund section and applicable law.

Content rights

You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded photo. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, transmit, and process it, including through our AI and hosting providers, as needed to generate and deliver your video, maintain the service, and handle support or abuse reports. This permission does not authorize us to publish your photo or video in advertising or a public gallery without separate permission.

Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may download and share your generated videos. We do not guarantee that an AI output qualifies for copyright protection, is unique, or is cleared for every commercial use. Obtain any additional permissions needed for your intended use. The website's software, branding, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability, suspension, and account deletion

We may update the service or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or provider outages. We may restrict content or suspend accounts to address violations, fraud, unauthorized access, or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

You can request account deletion in account settings. Deletion removes access to the account, its remaining credits, and its video history, so download videos and contact support about unresolved purchases before deleting it. Account deletion does not itself request a payment refund. See the Privacy Policy for stored media and deletion requests. Keep your own copies of downloaded videos; the service is not a permanent backup.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We will post revisions on this page and update the date above. For material changes affecting existing users, we will provide notice through the service or by email as appropriate. Changes do not remove rights attached to a prior purchase under applicable law.
